Parent Coaching at Prairie Roots provides a steadying hand as you navigate the many transitions and challenges of parenting. From the big emotions of the toddler years to the independence-seeking of teenagers, every stage of childhood is unique. I offer insights into your child’s brain development and sensory needs. We will look at the environment you’re creating at home and find small, sustainable shifts that reduce friction and promote a sense of security for everyone.

Through our sessions, we develop a customized family roadmap that aligns with your specific values and goals, moving beyond one-size-fits-all advice to find what actually works for you. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how to support your child’s nervous system regulation while protecting your own mental well-being.
